From Miscarriage to Miracles: A Journey Through Grief, Love, and Triple Blessings

From Miscarriage to Miracles: A Journey Through Grief, Love, and Triple Blessings

Their world was shattered when the doctor came and told them that there was no heartbeat. Something no parent can ever prepare for. All they wanted was to hold their little one in their arms and give the baby a beautiful life, but the beautiful journey had turned into pain and grief- a loss they might never get over.
It all started in 2019 when the couple discovered they would become parents after a decade of being together. The moment they saw a positive pregnancy test, everything they ever wanted in life would be fulfilled, and the couple was overjoyed to welcome their little angel into this world.
At first, things were perfect; she felt fine, and they had planned out everything; however, in a few weeks, when she felt like something was not okay, the scans confirmed it. Their baby was no more.

It was the worst kind of heartbreak, a silent one that the couple had to go through. While in such a worse state, the couple constantly tried to comfort each other.
Not many people would check regularly, and to get over the grief, they decided to get married. The couple thought that if they were busy preparing for the wedding, the pain might fade away, or they would not have the time to think about it the same way. Despite having a warm smile throughout the wedding, she remained broken despite being happy that she was getting married to the love of her life. Rather than feeling fine, she felt broken and drained emotionally and physically.
The months after their wedding, there were so many people in their friend circle and family who announced their pregnancies while the couple was still healing from their past grief. In the healing journey, it felt like they had started to lose the relationship’s spark. It was because both of them dealt with grief, and with so much going on, they were not able to interpret the needs of the other well.
A year later, she was pregnant again!

Although she felt happy, she was terrified too, and the fear got real when she lost her second baby. All the time she spent healing her previous grief went in vain, as this time, she did not know how she could cope with a new one. She got into depression and shared her journey online, where she got so much support globally. In a few months, she started healing, and things felt better. And what life had planned for her son was what she least expected.

Was it time for a third baby? Probably yes, because all the symptoms she was experiencing indicated she was pregnant, and it was scary for her this time. They decided to keep it low-key this time, and soon, the couple figured out they would have triplets! ‘Three heartbeats,’ the doctor said. The couple was too stunned to say anything in return, and the best part was how the first trimester had unknowingly passed.
Time passed, and things fell into place. After so many years of grieving, they were now able to hold three of their newborn babies together. When she was 33 weeks pregnant on 5th May 2021, she welcomed all three of them—Onyx, Maddox, and Quinn—perfectly healthy. It was a miracle, a dream come true for the couple!
