The Sister Boniface Mysteries returns with a brand-new season, with Lorna Watson once again stepping into the role of the sharp-witted and unconventional Sister Boniface. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Cotswolds in the 1960s, the series continues to mix charming humour with engaging murder mysteries.
Season four sees Sister Boniface juggling her duties at St Vincent’s Convent while lending her unique investigative skills to local police in the village of Great Slaughter. As always, she finds herself at the centre of a variety of baffling cases.
The new episodes feature everything from strange happenings at local festivals to suspicious accidents and unexpected deaths, keeping both the police and Sister Boniface busy as they search for answers.
