Prince Harry could take Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to visit the grave of their late grandmother for the first time, according to reports.
Harry and Meghan Markle are expected to travel from California to Britain next month with their two children for a reunion with King Charles III.
The trip would mark the first time in four years that seven-year-old Archie and five-year-old Lilibet have seen their grandfather.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s return to the UK is expected to be a significant moment for the Royal Family.

Their children have had very limited contact with the King since the couple moved to the United States.
But beyond the family reunion, signs suggest the Sussexes may also make a deeply personal visit.
Althorp House, the estate where Princess Diana is buried, is set to close to visitors for two days during Harry and Meghan’s time in Britain.
A source familiar with the estate told the Daily Mail this was “highly unusual,” noting that once the house opens for its short summer season, closures are rare.
The estate, managed by Diana’s brother Earl Spencer, is only open to the public during July and August.

If the family makes the trip, Archie and Lilibet would have their first chance to visit their grandmother’s final resting place.
Diana is buried on an island in the middle of an ornamental lake on the estate.
Harry previously visited his mother’s grave in 2022 to mark the 25th anniversary of her death in Paris.
He rowed Meghan across to the island during their visit to Althorp and later wrote in his memoir Spare: “At long last, I was bringing the girl of my dreams home to meet Mum.”
After laying flowers at the grave, Harry left Meghan alone at the site. He later recalled: “When I came back, Meg was kneeling, eyes shut, palms against the stone.”
Earl Spencer also arranged for Harry’s aunts, Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Lady Jane Fellowes, to join them.
The upcoming trip could therefore mark an emotional moment of family reconnection after years of distance between the Sussexes and senior royals.
King Charles is reportedly delighted after reaching an agreement to see his grandchildren.
Reports also suggest the Sussexes will stay in royal accommodation, which could include Buckingham Palace, St James’s Palace, Windsor Castle, or even Frogmore Cottage, their former home before moving to California in 2020.
The main reason for the visit is to help promote the Invictus Games, which will take place in Birmingham in July 2027, around an hour from Althorp.
