My name is Torrie Daniels, and not long ago, I posted some fun best friend pictures on my page for my 700 followers. The photos were of two girls having a little photo shoot together, and I thought it would be something different and perfect for the end of summer. I figured at least one pair of friends would want to try it and I was right. I got a group of texts right away. The first to book a session were Tanisha Dawn and Lindsey Hampton.

Tanisha’s boyfriend, Joshua Hill, came along with them. The pictures turned out amazing exactly what I had in mind. Since Tanisha is under 21, she couldn’t have a beer like Lindsey, so we gave her Coke bottles instead.

We made it work and even had some fun with the idea, taking a few silly photos of Lindsey showing off her beer while Tanisha had to stick with her Coke. I loved how it all came together. Later, my husband saw the pictures and said something like, “I could do that!” which gave me an idea I should do the same kind of shoot with two guys, but make it even funnier.

Before I could even post asking for volunteers, I got a message from Joshua. He asked if he and his friend Brandon could do a best friend session too. I didn’t hesitate this was exactly what I was looking for! We set up the shoot for two days later. Since Josh had already been to the girls’ session, he knew what to expect.

He and Brandon were so excited to recreate the girls’ poses and add their own twist. Lindsey told me later, “We didn’t even think they’d go through with it. Brandon seemed funny and I couldn’t stop smiling. But Josh really got into it he was all in when it came to posing.

Tanisha and Lindsey kept consecutively back and forth, amused while serving the guys with their shots. We did all from rebuilding the girls’ photos to silly movie poses like Blades of Glory and Masterminds.

The moment I saw them step out of the car in matching overalls with two 6-packs of Bud Light, I knew this was going to be fun. They nailed every pose.
