Last week, my friend sent a picture of a cat to our Cleft Mon group, and suddenly, I remembered Moon, the cat that I named him. This is a story about a connection between a cat and a boy who have the same features, which is heterochromia iridium, which means each eye color is different.

A group of Minnesotans saved the cat. We decided to adopt it, and we named that cat Moon. Our family felt that the cat had a special future to join our family.
The kitten has a cleft lip, the same case with Madden’s 7-year-old boy. Moon, each eye color was different, and Madden had too. They have a strong bond, and they understand each other well; they are good friends. somtime madden use to be bulling in his school many kids tease hime with his problem that he had heterochromia iridium problem.

Before Madden and Moon’s friendship, Madden was demotivated just because he used to be busy in his school circle, but when Moon came into his life, Madden’s life totally changed.
This condition, in which each eye color is different, is called heterochromia iridium. It is pretty rare; about 1% of individuals possess it. Having both heterochromia and a cleft lip is even more uncommon. This heterochromia iridium is so rare in human and even in animal but that was like coincidence that moon and madden meet eachother .

Due to some incredibly kind friends, we took a road trip from Oklahoma to Minnesota to adopt this unique cat and bring him to our home. We usually don’t make decisions, but this one felt right.

We call that cat Moon, and MoonMoon and Madden are ideal matches for one another because they have the same matter, which means each eye is different. We choose love in a world where people can be harsh, particularly towards those who appear different.

Moon was meant to be part of our family. As Madden and Moon became closer, they usually enjoyed each other’s company and became closer friends. I am still surprised by how everything united and by the kindness of both friends and strangers who supported us.
