You own intelligence.  And you are important. Kindly keep in mind that be particularly on days when it feels like you don’t completely belong.

We’ve all seen those girl groups the ones who formed close friendships in high school. They’re always together, laughing in matching bridesmaid dresses, exchanging inside jokes by mentioning each other, and spending weekends with their tightly connected boyfriends. Everything seems so perfect, so smooth, so structured.

Sometimes, it may be difficult to avoid feeling somewhat envious.

What I want you to realize is that many girls experience the same emotions as you do. Girls missing a “tribe,” girls whose friendships extend across different groups. You might have several close friends, or just one best friend and a few links. That doesn’t reduce the richness of your life, nor does it lessen your heart.

Sometimes, people simply haven’t had the chance to see how amazing you truly are. Sometimes, friendship isn’t shown in a group photo it appears in quiet, gentle examples, check-in texts to see how you’re feeling, or a chum who frankly gets you. And that carries the same importance.

If you are part of one of those notable, lasting friendship groups well done! It needs work, care, and commitment. Honor it.
