Kadee Evenson and At Breet go way back. They met as toddlers when Kadee’s mom babysat both of them. At the time, they were just small kids playing together, unaware of what life had planned for them.

Years later, in middle school, they ended up in the same gym class. They started talking and passing notes to each other. Around that time, their families found old childhood photos of them together. It was a sweet surprise and brought them closer.

Their middle school relationship didn’t last long because Kadee had to move away. But fate had other plans. They found their way back to each other during their final year of high school.

This time, things felt different. They exchanged numbers and started texting all the time. From there, their bond grew stronger.
Kadee and At have always shared a love for adventure. Growing up in a small town in Minnesota, they both dreamed of seeing more. After high school, they went on a three-month road trip across the United States. It was a moment they’ll always remember, one that made their bond even stronger.

They later moved to Florida and started fixing up a van to continue their travels. Kadee hopes the time spent on the road will help them learn even more about each other.
Their journey together hasn’t always been easy. They’ve learned that love takes patience and understanding. They suggest taking your time in relationships. Kadee says, “You’ve got plenty of time. Choose someone who feels like your closest friend.”

At says Kadee is his biggest supporter and the one person he can truly be himself around.
Their story proves that sometimes love takes time, but when it’s meant to be, it always finds a way back.
