Sisterhood is one of the best relations; stories demonstrating what sisters do for each other always touch the heart. Looking at her sister, trying for a baby for fourteen whole years and still not being able to conceive a baby was heartbreaking, so a few months later, her sister was the one giving birth to her daughter.

It was one of the most beautiful moments anyone in the room had witnessed: a woman giving birth to her sister’s baby. The way her sister was so exhausted from labour, and tears rolled down her face, as Sarah held her baby girl in her arms, there wasn’t anything that had made her feel this way before. It was 9th April, 2019, when the couple could finally hold their little angel after years of struggles to have a baby.
Ben and Sarah have been married for 12 whole years now. It took countless doctor visits, medications, and treatments that were accompanied by anxiety, fear, and guilt that she might not ever embrace motherhood; however, when everyone says the love family members have for each other is sacred, it’s true. Not just this, knowing Sarah’s struggle for pregnancy, her loved ones did everything to support her and to keep her going. Everyone was overjoyed to hear how the family would soon be complete.

It was in 2015 that Sarah first met Ben’s stepsister during a visit to the Grand Canyon. The offer she made to be a surrogate for the couple left them stunned. The couple was stunned at first, as no other way, either adoption or surrogacy, was ever thought of before; however, when God was giving them a chance, how could they even deny? Jenna did not seem to give up as she wanted to see the couple happy and take away all the pain, so the medical evaluations were done, which she passed.

Soon, when Jenna’s husband also agreed for her to be a surrogate, multiple attempts were made, and it was heartbreaking to hear that the first transfer had failed. However, soon, Jenna became pregnant with the couple’s son, Hugh, who was welcomed into this world in 2017. A dream they had waited so long to be fulfilled was now complete!
The journey did not end here. Sarah and her sister were out getting groceries after a few months of Hugh’s birth when she, too, wholeheartedly offered to be the couple’s surrogate.

Although she first sent it jokingly, she later shared how she had always silently wished to play a role in completing the family. Although she was a mommy, the fact that she was ready to do it all for her sister showed their love.
Michelle, the sister, did have many complications during the pregnancy, as on most days she was sick, but how the family stuck with her the entire time she was pregnant made it easier. Not just the elders, but her kids held tight to her throughout the journey and embraced it.

This time, rather than keeping things hidden, the couple chose to share it with the world so that they could see the beauty of surrogacy.
Finally, it was time! Michelle gave birth in Oklahoma surrounded by her loved ones. This time, it was a baby girl, and it was magical to see how two beautiful women filled the emptiness in the couple’s lives. The room had teary eyes, huge smiles, and grateful hearts. Michelle and Sarah were now best friends again, as before all this, Sarah kept herself confined to the house and isolated.
Michelle and Jenna were two angels sent by God to give the couple their most special gift: parenthood. Michelle also wrote a letter to her daughter, telling her about the journey and the love she will always have for her.
