Upon seeing those pictures, the husband said: ‘There they are. They are our kids.’ Completing the adoption process would take around three years or more, as it was international, but the couple wanted them. They visited them every six months and waited and manifested to get the visas soon.
During the process, the couple also received a call about a local boy who needed a permanent home, so they immediately adopted him. He was sunshine! The house felt like a home again. Fifty days after the adoption, both children got their visas, and there they were—a family of five now!
