People did not fondly remember being an old country boy, as new trends emerged every other day, and people wanted to shape their personalities accordingly. Growing up in Nebraska, Tanner’s life was about riding dirt bikes, playing various sports, and spending most of his days on the family farm. His knowledge of growing crops like corn, beans, and so on was complete.
Tanner and Tayler were classmates in middle school, and in 2011, they finally realized they had feelings for each other, so they started dating.

She was the kind of girl Tanner could imagine spending his life with, so he did not delay proposing to her for long. After three years of being together, Tanner was on his knees asking her to become his wife. He also planned the proposal perfectly, as he did it while the couple was duck hunting.

In winter, 2015, they married in sunny San Diego rather than officially tying the knot in the cold, snowy Nebraska. Just two months after their marriage, Tanner had to move away as he had planned some significant changes in his career. Tayler supported him in his dream of becoming a correction officer. It meant that the couple wouldn’t see each other for more than 2 months now, as the job required nine weeks of training and the training was done three hours away from home.
Although they did get to spend time on weekends, the distance made it hard for them. Meanwhile, with Tanner’s career growing, the couple mutually agreed to expand the family. One year after trying to conceive a baby, the couple was overjoyed to hear that Tayler was pregnant!

They were finally going to become a family of three, something they had been impatiently waiting for! While they waited for their baby boy to arrive in this world, every day brought new emotions, and just like that, 9 months passed by. On the 4th of November, Hudson Dean Kaufman was born. He was a perfect baby, weighing 5 pounds and 13 ounces. Tanner was all set and excited to embark on this beautiful journey of becoming his son’s ideal father, mentor, and friend.
The birth of Hudson brought many blessings and happiness to the family, and seeing him hit his firsts, from his first crawl to his first steps, meant the world to the couple. Tanner even cherished the days he couldn’t sleep because of the baby; it was a different kind of joy!

Tayler and Tanner had always been good with babies. Before their family had expanded, they were fond of taking care of their nieces and nephews. Tanner gifted his nephew a toy Ford, which his sister returned when Hudson arrived. So, Tanner painted the toy car to match the Ford to the one he drove. Although Hudson was too little to drive the toy Ford, the smile on his face when he saw the truck gave Tanner a sense of accomplishment.

Also, Tanner feels 10 times stronger and grateful when Hudson holds his hand to walk, as he states how it reminds him that he is not just Hudson’s father but also a light of guidance. These are the little wins in life for a great father!
Every little moment Tanner spends with his son is dear to him, whether it is the matching outfits or the matching trucks they have. Having Hudson in his life is Tanner’s biggest blessing. Hudson is a baby so full of life that the father-son duo never has a dull moment.
